WHERE WILL MY Bridal TRIAL TAKE PLACE?

We schedule trials at our beautiful studio in Katy, or we can travel to you for your convenience (travel fee may apply). Please see map on our Contact Page. You are welcome to bring 1 friend or 1 family member to your trial.

WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY TRIAL AND WHAT IS THE COST?

Due to the high amount of bookings, we typically recommend scheduling your trial as soon as possible. This will ensure you can schedule your trial at a time that is convenient for you. You can choose to schedule a trial run before officially booking us for your wedding, or book first, then schedule your trial at a later date. We schedule our trials mid-week as we are booked with weddings over the weekends. The cost of your trial depends on which makeup application method you’d like to try and if you are scheduling for multiple services (makeup & hair, makeup only, hair only). Rates can be viewed on our Services page. Please note trial runs are a separate fee.

DO YOU COME ON SITE THE DAY OF MY EVENT?

Yes, we travel to your getting-ready location. If your location is further than 15 miles outside of Katy, TX, travel rates will apply. If there are multiple locations requested, fees will also apply. Please be as detailed as possible regarding location in your inquiry/note (Contact page).

DO I NEED TO PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN TO HOLD MY DATE?

Yes, a retainer of 50% of the total amount of services being requested and completed bridal services contract are required to secure your date. Please keep in mind that we receive several inquires every day, and we reserve dates based on a first come first serve basis. Your date is not secure until your retainer & contract has been confirmed.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF SERVICES REQUIRED TO BOOK?

No, we do not require a minimum amount of services to book. We always make an effort to cater to clients, whether it be just the bride herself needing hair & makeup, or a bridal party of 15+ !

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE:

We accept Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, Cash App, cash, or check. Credit cards are welcome (a 2.5% fee added to your total, however). 

WILL YOU STAY ON SITE FOR TOUCH-UPS?

We schedule 30 minutes at the end of service timeframe agreed upon for touch-ups. If you would like us to stay on-site longer, there is a $100 per artist, per hour fee.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE LARGER PARTIES?

Absolutely! No matter the size of your party, we can accommodate as many services as needed.

WHAT BRANDS OF MAKEUP DO YOU USE?

Our makeup has a reputation of lasting all day, with only a lip color/gloss touch up as well as a quick blotting for shine/oil. We are experienced with many makeup lines and use a variety of products from MAC, Make Up For Ever, Urban Decay, Dior, It Cosmetics, Bobbi Brown, and Laura Mercier as well as a few industry products that are used in TV/Film. 

DO YOU OFFER AIRBRUSH?

Absolutely! We find airbrush makeup gives a beautiful and flawless look fit for any occasion. End result is full-coverage, yet does not feel heavy or cakey.

I'M INTERESTED IN HAIR EXTENSIONS, DO YOU WORK WITH THEM?

Yes, we are very experienced in working with hair extensions. We do sell Halo Couture hair extensions for your convenience, and installation is complimentary if purchased from us. Please note an installation fee of $35 does apply for extensions purchased elsewhere, should you need them to be placed prior to styling (clip-in styles only).
